Welcome to the A Keen Mind Podcast.  I’m Jude a licensed therapist and meditation teacher.  Most people struggle with stress and feel overwhelmed when they can’t keep up with life’s demands and currently that’s basically everyone. It’s normal to be experiencing stress and anxiety right now AND Mindfulness can help.


In today’s episode, I’m going to cover two ways that mindfulness can help you reduce stress followed by a brief guided meditation.
