We sit down with Team USA's newest recruit for the Bobsled Team and she comes from the our world of CrossFit! Colleen is currently in Lake Placid, NY training to be a brakeman for Team USA. We talk with Colleen Fotsch about growing up an elite swimmer where she won two National Championships as a collegiate swimmer at the University of Cal, how she found a home in CrossFit, her adventures as a 2 time CrossFit Games Athlete, her new YouTube Channel and getting recruited to try out for the US Bobsled Team.
