Let's face it...young adulthood is usually not a time when you're feeling your finest. At least for me and Katherine, we know that most of the time we're caught up in the cyclical questions of: "Do I measure up? Do I belong here? Am I doing enough?" We weigh in on: -what "loving yourself" really means, and why it's not so simple -dealing with criticism -comparing ourselves with others and how it works in circles -how to best utilize social media (mark our words: no-social media will be the next new, hip thing) -strategies we’re implementing to reduce negative self-esteem There's no quick fix to this issue, but it's important to voice these thoughts when they surface.
